Our
universal landscaping, accent rocks originate from a unique
history. They are believed to have started their formation
billions of years ago. The colors vary as the results of years
of water, sand and iron forming together. It is said that the
glaciers moved through Minnesota, they pushed rock into
outcroppings. Later in history, as the buffalo herds roamed the
vast prairies, they used these boulders to rub their backs
against, thus leaving behind the polished, smooth look you will
see in many of the boulders, thus, "buffalo rubbed rocks" became
to be. |

The
quartzite rock is one of the hardest forms of rock. It can be
used in a variety of ways, ranging from retaining walls to
steppers, accent rocks, pond rocks (bubblers), or customized
billboards... Just let your imagination take you...
The
various size and shapes are natural outcroppings. They range
from 10 to 10,000 pounds. Colors range from pink to purple,
multicolored and a wood grained look. When used in ponds or
waterfalls the rocks' natural beauty is enhanced by the flowing
of water. |
